Some of you will be able to relate to this – as you get older, your arms can become more crepey and saggy. Bingo wings, they call it. And I’m starting to notice it develop on my own, once nicely toned arms as the months pass by. It’s time to do something about it I think.

I have ordered the castor oil and will be embracing the exercises too.
